Bill Smith, accompanied by State Vice President Steve Miller, placed a wreath at the USS Arizona Memorial in Arizona to honor Bill's uncle, Michael J. Giovenazzo, Water Tender 2nd Class, who was trapped with 1177 sailors in Pearl Harbor on 7 December 1941.
